The first newly-built establishment - Seniorville Jablonové I. – is located in the village of Jablonové, 30 km away from the capital of Slovak republic, 98 km from Vienna, 108 km from Brno. To get to the village you can take the freeway Bratislava – Brno, the village of Jablonové is situated just 6 km away from the freeway.

The three-storey building, in which Seniorville Jablonové I is situated, has recently been reconstructed and has a capacity of 51 residents. The building offers 25 residentitial rooms (1 single bed room, 22 double bed rooms and 2 triple bed rooms). Rooms on the first floor are with separated teracces, while rooms on the second floor have their own balcony. Rooms are equipped with a bathroom, signaling equipment, TV, radio, the Internet, a telephone and a fridge. In order to provide a higher comfort the establishment Seniorville Jablonové I is completely barrier-free.
